A LOTT of Sista Love, Inc. (ALOSL) is an international women's empowerment nonprofit organization. ALOSL, Inc. was founded in October 2006 under the leadership of Monica L. Sanders.
Our organization empowers women from all walks of life and is not a platform for male bashers but of empowerment through Christ.
ALOSL, Inc. fellowships and relationships loves, builds, edifies, and ultimately strengthen others to excel to walk in their assigned roles as originally ordained by God.
ALOSL, Inc. is the umbrella for marketplace groups. Each group component is designed to empower all to what God has called for their lives at this dispensation in time.
ALOSL, Inc. is set apart from other organizations and there are no hidden agendas to join ALOSL, Inc. believes in fellowship to strengthen one another.
Our mission is to empower women to reach their full potential, to make their dreams a reality, and celebrate life with one another to God’s fullest.

Calling Nominations for Celebrating Women on Sunday, March 5, 2012
A LOTT of Sista Love Awards will celebrate the lasting and far-reaching contributions of women in Charlotte and beyond. The awards, which will be presented on at our Leadership Conference in August 2012, will honor the tradition of the regional “Women of Achievement” celebration but embrace a new direction for the future and beyond.
The announcement of the A LOTT of Sista Love Awards recipients will be made during the on March 5, 2012 at our Sista Circle here in Charlotte, North Carolina. The award recipients will be honored at a reception and ceremony on Friday, August 10, 2012 at The Washington Harbor in Washington, DC.
A LOTT of Sista Love, Inc. Founder Monica L. Sanders said “We’re proud to make this announcement, and we hope that the community will share our excitement. “We believe that A LOTT of Sista Love Awards will be a fresh and meaningful way to inspire, celebrate, and honor the lives of women. Most of all, we hope that A LOTT of Sista Love Awards will inspire women of all ages in our region to dream and to achieve.”
Nominations for A LOTT of Sista Love Awards
Four A LOTT of Sista Love, Inc. Awards will be presented this year. One recipient may be selected in each of three areas: service in the public sector, service in the private sector, philanthropic and Christian leadership.
Anyone may submit a nomination. Additionally, more than one person can fill out a nomination form for the same nominee or provide letters of recommendation.
Nominations must be received by Wednesday, February 22, 2012. Honorees will be notified by March 1, 2012.
